PURPOSE:To greatly enlarge thermoelectromotive force by doping an MeSixOy- based base material with alkali metal or alkaline earth metal. CONSTITUTION:Fe and SiO are simultaneously deposited on a quartz substrate 1 by using a thin film formation device to form an FeSixOy thin film 2 to manufacture a preliminary sample 1. NaCl is deposited on a part of the FeSi2O2 thin film 2 of the preliminary sample 1 to form an NaCl thin film 3. Then, a voltage is applied between these platinum electrodes and Na is electrically diffused to the base material to acquire a preliminary sample 2. Then, the platinum electrode is taken out of the preliminary sample 2 and it is cleaned by ultrasonics in water to remove remaining NaCl. A desired product is acquired in this way. |
