PURPOSE:To facilitate a copying job to a memory of a faulty system from that of a normal system in an anti-fault multiplexing system, by providing a common bus in addition to the individual buses for independent pairs of processors and main memories and attaining the communication with the proces sor or the main memory of another pair. CONSTITUTION:A discordance detecting circuit 3 detects a fault of a system 3 if occurs and informs this fault to a device control circuit 4. The circuit 4 connects a main memory 13 and a processor 23 of the system 3 to a common memory bus (b) and then gives a command so that a processor 22 of a system 2 works as a master processor. Then the circuit 4 gives a command to the processor 22 to copy the contents of a main memory 12 to the memory 13. Then the information on the processor 21 is saved to a main memory 11 together with the information on the processor 22 saved to both memories 12 and 13 respectively. The master/slave operation is released when the copying job is over and the procedure is started again.
