<p>A metal laminate gasket (A-C) of the invention is designed to be installed on an open deck type engine (10). The gasket is basically formed of first and second metal plates (A30, A32). A thin metal plate (A33) is installed between the metal plates to be situated above a main body or frame (13) outside cylinder walls (12) of the engine. Accordingly, when the gasket is tightened, high surface pressure is formed on the main body (13) outside the water passage (15) to securely seal outside the water passage. <IMAGE></p> |
