<p>PURPOSE: To form a homogeneous coating film by preventing a coating material from being contaminated in a coating spray booth and keeping the turbulence of air in the booth to a minimum. CONSTITUTION: A coating dispenser assembly arranged above an object 30 to be coated passing and moving through the coating spray booth 10 consists of a hollow dispenser housing 38 formed of a leading edge 60, a trailing edge 62 and an aerodynamically shaped flank as a whole, a coating supply pipe arranged in the hollow inside thereof and a dispenser 36 equipped at the trailing edge of the dispenser housing and downwardly blowing the coating material. A supporting assembly 40 moves the dispenser assembly vertically, side-to-side and pivotally with respect to the object to be coated.</p> |
