The method comprises; Mixing evenly polypropylene with 0.1-5 wt.% of antistatic agent of stearic acid monoglyceride; melt- spinning; web-forming; thermobonding; impregnating or spraying nonwoven with antibacterial finishing compds. composed of a quarternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent whose adhering amount to nonwoven be 0.05-5 wt.%, a durability improving agent of modified silicone compds. of formula (I) [R1=R2=R3=CnH2n+1; n = 0- 10; x = y = 1-15 and of fatty acid salt surfactant whose amounts per adhering amount of antibacterial agent be 20-60 wt.%, 10-40 wt.% respectively, and the cross-linking agent of amino-silane compds. of formula (II) [R4=R5=CnH2n+1; n = 0-30 whose amount per adhering amount of antibacterial agent be 3-20 wt.%; and heat-treating.
