PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which has a good balance among an excellent impregnation into glass cloth, a high prepreg stability, a high cure rate, etc., and is excellent in heat resistance, measling resistance, drillability, adhesion to a copper foil, etc. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin component contg., as the main component, an epoxy resin which comprises a reaction product of a bisphenol A epoxy resin. 30-1wt.% (based on the reaction product) epoxy resin consisting of a glycidyl ether of a bisphenol A-formaldehyde polycondensate and softening at 50 deg.C or lower, and tetrabromobisphenol A and contains 0.03wt.% or lower hydrolyzable halogen is compounded with a curative, an accelerator, and a solvent to give the title compsn. |
