PURPOSE:To easily form a recording layer consisting of a binder resin and a photochromic material on a plastic substrate by using a spin coating method with low cost. CONSTITUTION:This element is constituted of a light transparent plastic substrate 1 which is formed with rugged guide grooves and pits, the recording layer 3 which is formed on the guide groove side of the substrate 1 and consists of a binder resin dispersed with photochromic materials and a solvent resistant film 2 which is formed between this substrate 1 and the recording layer 3 and consists of a UV curing resin. The substrate 1 is insolubilized in the org. solvent to be used by this solvent resistant film 2 at the time of forming the recording layer 3 by a spin coating method. |
