PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately set a chip in a short time, and as well to aim at reducing the incidence of inferior goods, by providing an electrical circuit utilizing ultra-hard balls for positioning the chip, as electrical contacts, so that the positioning condition of the chip may be checked by observing the illumination of a lamp. CONSTITUTION:In a relay circuit a sensor 20 is energized when balls 12a, 12b are made into contact with a chip A, and a sensor 21 is energized when balls 12b, 12c are made into contact with the chip. Even though one of the sensors is illuminated, if the other sensor is not energized, a lamp will not illuminate. Only when all three balls are made into contact with the chip A, both sensors are energized to establish the circuit between an electrical source and a lamp. After illumination of the lamp an IC timer energizing relay 22 is operated so that electrical current fed to the ultra-hard balls is cut off after elapse of a set time period, holding the lamp left to be turned on. With this arrangement the accurate set may be made in a short time with skillfull technique being required, thereby scattering in dimensions may be greately reduced. |
