PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a film at the time of transport or casting by successively coating the surface of a steel material with an underocat film composed of a urethane elastomer, a granular discontinuous intercoat film formed from two or more kinds of paints having hues different from the hue of the undercoat layer and a transparent topcoat film. CONSTITUTION:A steel material having a primer layer formed thereto is used because the close adhesivensss of a urethane elastomer to be coated next and the steel material is improved. The urethane elastomer as an undercoat film is used for the purpose of the corrosion prevention of the steel material and, for example, a type wherein a polyester polyol urethane oligomer is cured by MDI type isocyanate is used. As paint used in the formation of an intercoat film, for example, an acrylic urethane resin is used. A granular discontinuous film is formed from two or more kinds of paints using a spray gun. A topcoat film is formed from transparent paint imparting high hardness and high weatherability, for example, acrylic urethane clear paint. |
