PURPOSE:To facilitate mold release by lowering the adhesion of a molded form and a section for casting up to a roper value in the manufacture of the plastic molded form by casting. CONSTITUTION:An inert fluid having the boiling point higher than a polymerization temperature for curing a molding material 4 and not related to a polymerization reaction is blended previously to the liquefied molding material 4 used for manufacturing a plastic molded form. Since the inert fluid is not related to polymerization, the inert fluid is extruded from the inside of the molding material in the polymerization process of the liquefied molding material 4. Consequently, when the polymerization process is completed, the layer of the inert fluid is formed among the molding material and sections 2, 2'. Since there is the layer, the molding material can be released easily from the sections 2, 2'. |
