PURPOSE:To obtain an antitumor agent, containing a human IFN or human TNF and a camptothecin derivative as active ingredients and capable of exhibiting much higher antitumor effects than those manifested by the individual substances. CONSTITUTION:The objective substance containing a human interferon (human IFN) or a human tumor cell necrosis factor (human TNF) and 7-ethyl-10- piperidino-piperidino-carbonyloxy-camptothecin, expressed by the formula which is a camptothecin derivative or its salt as an active ingredient. The amount of the blended compound expressed by the formula:human IFN based on 1kg body weight is 10-1000mg:1X10<4> to 1X10<6> IU and the amount of the blended human TFN based on 1kg body weight is 10-1000mg:1000-50000 JRU. Pharmaceutically permissible stabilizers, osmotic pressure regulators, pH adjustors, etc., are suitably blended and formulated into an injection, etc., to afford the objective substance. |
