PURPOSE:To carry out the efficient filament winding of a tubular vessel by a simple constitution wherein the method concerned consists of the rotation about the rotating axis center line of a cylindrical mandrel and the movement of a feed eye to the direction parallel to the rotating axis center line. CONSTITUTION:Let a cylindrical surface 3, which internally contains a cylindrical mandrel 2, set about the rotating axis center line 1 of the cylindrical mandrel 2. At the same time, let a reference plane 5, which contains the rotating axis center line 1, set. A winding 10, which is wound on the cylindrical mandrel under the condition that the tension is applied to the fiber of the winding, is divided in advance at a large number of divisional points. An angle thetan between the reference plane 5 and a plane 6n containing the rotating axis center line and an intersecting point of a tangent 11n touching the winding 10 at one divisional point (n) and the cylindrical surface 3 and the position (xn, y) of the intersecting point in the plane 6n are calculated so as to locate a feed eye there. Next, at the next divisional point n+1. of the winding 10, similarly the position (xn+1, y) in the plane 6n+1 is calculated so as to coincide the plane 6n+1 with the plane, in which the feed eye locates by rotating the cylindrical mandrel by the angular difference (thetan+1-thetan) and shifting the feed eye to the position (xn+1, y) in order to perform the winding operation of the fiber. |
