The demagnetisation is carried out with the help of a control current (is), whereby the saturation choke (Dr) is bridged by a controllable sec. path, which has an adjusting element. The adjusting element is controlled, so that the sec. path conducts as well as possible with a blocked current path, for preventing an unintended demagnetisation of the saturation choke (Dr). The controllable sec. path has a capacitor (C) in series to the adjusting element (S, S'). The adjusting element also is conducting or is conducting in a current direction, which runs through the sec. path anti-parallel to the control current (is) of the saturation choke (Dr). USE/ADVANTAGE - Circuit arrangement with saturable choke. Reduces effects which lead to undesired dead time which is disadvantage of known circuit arrangements.
