PURPOSE:To provide a composite fiber capable of generating ultrafine fibers, containing a specific copolymerized polyamide as at least one component of the composite fiber and containing a component easily removable from the fiber to give a solution free from environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION:A copolymerized polyamide containing 30-80wt% constituent unit consisting of (A) a polyoxyethylene having an amino group or carboxyl group at a terminal of a polyether segment having a molecular weight 200-2,000 and (B) an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or aliphatic diamine is used as at least one component of the objective composite fiber. The component can be easily dissolved in a removal liquid produced by adding a small amount of an anionic surfactant to water. |
