A water closet attachment for converting water closet or toilet to a bidet used for washing. The attachment includes a generally flat support housing adapted for connection to a standard water closet having a seat with a central opening. Extending forwardly from the front of this housing and mounted in an elongate horizontal socket is a water supply tube having a front end with a water sprayer. This tube is rotatable from a retracted position where the major portion of the tube is located beneath the seat and adjacent one side thereof to an operating position where the major portion of the tube is directly below the opening. Passages are formed in the housing to supply water under pressure to the tube. A slidable shaft which projects from the side of the housing can be pushed to rotate the supply tube between the retracted and operating positions.
