发明名称 HEAT TRANSFER IMAGE RECEIVING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the best image density which does not have heat seal, has high picture quality and is sufficient by a method wherein a supporting body is made of a resin coated paper, and the base paper for the resin coated paper contains reclaimed pulp by a specified quantity, and a resin coated layer on the side at which an image receiving layer is provided contains a white pigment and has a specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:For a heat transfer image receiving material, at least one layer of an image receiving layer to form image by accepting coloring matter which migrates from a heat transfer coloring matter donor material when being heated, is provided on a supporting body. The supporting body is made of a resin coated paper, and the base paper of the resin coated paper contains not less than 20wt.% of reclaimed pulp, and a resin coated layer on the side at which an image receiving layer is provided contains a white pigment and has thickness of not less than 15mum. When the thickness of the resin coated layer stays in this range, a high transfer density can be obtained, and nonuniformity in image based on the unevenness of the paper for the base material does not generate. The reclaimed pulp is reclaimed from old papers, and normal pulp manufacture process is hardly required, and energy can be saved. As so called virgin pulp which is used in addition to the reclaimed pump, it is preferable to use wood pump, and it is particularly preferable to use chemical pulp.
