<p>PURPOSE:To enable the title ceramic compound for composite element to easily be produced without deteriorating the characteristics of respective materials to be manufactured by a method wherein a compound for varistor mainly comprising Fe2O3 and a ferrite magnetic compound are mixed with each other at the specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:A compound for varistor mainly comprising Fe2O3 and a ferrite magnetic body compound are mixed with each other at the ratio of 2:8-9:1 to manufacture the sheets 12. Resultantly, the composite element consisting of only one material having both characteristics of an inductor and a varistor can be manufactured and if only the signal lines 14, 16 need to be linearly formed inside the composite element without making a through hole or paying attention to the matching of shrinkage factors. Through these procedures, the production control can be simplified without deteriorating the characteristics of said materials.</p> |
