The subject of the invention is a Bordeaux mixture and the process for its manufacture. The process according to the invention comprises the steps of preparing a mixture essentially consisting of copper(II) sulphate, a calcium compound chosen from calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide and a polymer of a carboxylated vinyl compound and of grinding, in the wet state, the mixture thus prepared.
