New pharmaceutical combination preparations contain a mixture of (A) one or more hydroxyphenylalkanolamines of formula (I), (B) vitamin B1, and (C) a magnesium salt, (where R1 and R2 are H, CH3, C2H5 or isopropyl; R3 is H,0H,CH3 or 0CH3; and the 0H group is in the m- or p-position). (I), pref. in the form of a water-soluble salt, is typically 2-ethylamino-1-(3 -hydroxyphenyl)ethanol, 2-amino-1-(3-hydroxyphenyl)propanol, 2-methylamino-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethanol, 2-methylamino-1- (3-hydroxyphenyl)ethanol or 2-amino-1-(3-hydroxyphenyl)ethanol, is pref. used in an amount of 2.5-30 mg, and is pref. in delayed-release or depot form. Pref. formulations are tablets, dragees, capsules, solutions and syrups.
