Electric wire and heating wire were sheathed with polytertrafluoro ethlyene tape for anti-chemicals, anti-thermals and electric-insulation properties. Thus, the polytetrafluoro ethylene tape was helically wound on wire or heating wire(1), passed through pipe(3) which is heated to 550-650≦̸C at 5-7 m/sec and cooled to obtain polytetrafluoro ethylene tape-sheathed electric wire or heating wire.
