<p>PURPOSE:To send a video signal and an audio signal in an excellent way by implementing time axis conversion of a data whose data speed is different by means of a single time axis conversion means under the arbitration by an arbitration means. CONSTITUTION:A video signal and an audio signal are written in a RAM 38 at a sender side, a data output circuit 40 reads a data stored in the RAM 38 and the storage data is read from an internal memory so that a data speed outputted from an output terminal 42 is coincident with a speed for an external transmission system. Then at a receiver side, a video signal processing circuit 58 and an audio signal processing circuit 56 gives a memory access request to an arbitration circuit 68 to read a data stored in a RAM 54. The arbitration circuit 68 permits a request with similar priority to the case with the transmission, that is, a request from the video signal processing circuit 58. The video signal processing circuit 58 reads a video data from the RAM 54 and outputs an analog video signal from an output terminal 62.</p> |
