PURPOSE:To safely reinforce and restore the lost part of a hydroxyapatite structure by composing the hardened structure of a hardened body layer of polymeric components formed on the surface of the hydroxyapatite structure and having a functional group which exhibits reactivity with calcium, and a hardened body of a resin composition composed mainly of resin forming components or filler having an affinity for the hardened body layer. CONSTITUTION:A hardened structure having adhesive properties to a hydroxyapatite structure is composed of a hardened body layer of polymeric components formed on the surface of the hydroxyapatite structure and having a substituent that exhibits reactivity with calcium and a hardened body of a resin composition formed on the hardened body layer and composed mainly of resin forming components or filler having an affinity for the hardened body layer of polymeric components. Since the hardened structure is composed of the hardened body layer of polymeric components having a substituent that exhibits reactivity with calcium and the hardened body of the resin composition having an affinity for the hardened body layer of polymeric components, the hydroxyapatite structure, the hardened layer of polymeric components, the hardened layer of the resin composition, and a metallic layer are integrated together to reinforce and restore the hydroxyapatite structure with very high adhesive strength. |
