PURPOSE:To attain the quick file accesses with no waiting time by detecting both latest and oldest files in response to the presence or absence of each file and preventing the collision of file accesses between the writing and reading operations of an exclusive file. CONSTITUTION:When two or more files are not present among >=3 files, the file next to the latest file is opened and an access is permitted to the file. When just one among three or more files is not present thereon, the latest file is opened again and an access is permitted to the file. At the reading access of an exclusive file, the oldest file is opened and an access is permitted to this file only when two or more files are available among >=3 files. At the same time, the relevant file is erased right after the read and the difference is secured between the file to be written and the file to be read out. Thus the collision is prevented between the writing and reading accesses. Thus, the file accesses are quickly attained with no waiting time.
