摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide a coating material improved in carbon adherence preventiveness, comprising each specified amount of two or more kinds of Al2O3 fine powder differing in size from one another, SiO2 fine powder and a silicic acid colloid solution. CONSTITUTION:A total of 100 pts.wt. of the objective coating material can be obtained by dispersing (A) 5-40 pts.wt. of Al2O3 fine powder <45mum in size, (B) 10-60 pts.wt. of Al2O3 fine powder 45-500mum in size and (C) 3-40 pts.wt. of SiO2 fine powder 5-20mum in size in (D) 10-50 pts.wt. of a silicic acid colloid solution with a concentration of 10-40wt.%. Incorporation of 100 pts.wt. of said colloid solution with 1-10 pts.wt. of phosphoric acid (salt) will enhance the adhesive force of the coating film to furnace wall at elevated temperatures. |
