PURPOSE:To prevent the gate clogging or bad filling of the title mold, by a method wherein the title mold is composed of two plates upper and lower, and runners are formed on the boundary surfaces of both the plates and taper- shaped gate parts are formed throughout toward a mold surface. CONSTITUTION:A pair of plates 2, 3 are integrally formed so that the upper plate 2 is laid on the lower plate 3, and the mold surface side of the upper plate 2 is used as a sole mold 1 on which a sole pattern is formed, and taper- shaped runners 5a, 5b are respectively formed on the boundary surface of each of the plates. Toward a mold surface 4 at the runner surface on the upper plate 2, a plurality of taper-shaped gate parts 6a, 6b are formed, which are inclined forward to the longitudinal direction of the runners. When the title sole is molded, in the runners 5a, 5b, a molding material from an injection machine flows toward the top side thereon and reaches the gate parts 6a, 6b and fills in a cavity through a top P of each of the gate parts. In this way, gate clogging and bad filling caused at molding is prevented, and when the mold is released, its molded part is prevented from remaining. |
