<p>PURPOSE:To detect a trouble of equipment accurately based on a complicated cause-effect relationship by determining certainty indicating a degree of an event to be observed being extracted pertaining to an output signal from a sensor or the like. CONSTITUTION:As abnormality data judging function, a section 17 for extracting an event to be observed computes a variation of a secular inclination of an output data within a specified period and variation per sampling interval thereof or the like with respect to output data from a data sampling section 26 to extract the event to be observed involving the output data. An abnormality detecting section 14 judges abnormality based on a threshold of an output data preset. When the output data here exceeds the threshold for judging abnormality, the detecting section 14 generates a trigger signal to activate a trouble shooting section 16. The trouble shooting section 16 computes certainty indicating a degree in which the current output data attributes to the event to be observed from an output data involving the event to be observed while output data concerting abnormality detected, the event to be observed extracted and the certainty of the event to be observed computed are used to perform a trouble shooting by a forward reasoning processing.</p> |
