PURPOSE:To transfer and hold heat for a conductor in an efficient and stabilized state by transferring the heat of a heater to the ion conductor through a bonding member, and preventing the occurrence of cracks in a sealing material and a space forming material. CONSTITUTION:A heater 10 is provided on the surface of an ion conductor 1 on the side where an anode electrode 2B is arranged through a bonding member 11. A porous space forming material 3 and a sealing material 4 are provided on the conductor 1 on the side where cathode electrode 2A is arranged. A constant space part 3A is formed between the electrode 2A and the space forming material 3. The sealing material 4 covers the entire forming material 3. Then, the heat of the heater 10 is not directly transferred to the boundary part between the forming material 3 and the sealing material 4. Therefore, strain is not generated in the forming material 3 and the sealing material 4. The heat of the heater 10 is transferred to the conductor and held in the efficient and stabilized state. |
