<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a noise by a method wherein a supply filter is provided on a cooling gas supply opening formed in a duct in order to cover the leakage of the cooling gas and a sound shielding cover is provided outside the supply filter so as to cover the supply filter while the flow path of the supplied gas is maintained. CONSTITUTION:A sound shielding cover 12 is attached to a base which is welded to the outer surface of a suction side duct 5 with bolts 16 so as to cover a make-up filter 9 and, further, to maintain a gap 17 for taking air supply between the make-up filter 9 and the sound shielding cover 12. A flange 3b provided on the exhaust part of a normal blower 3, a flange 6b which is provided on an air path switching damper 6 and faces the flange 3b end a split support flange 18 attached to the flange 3b are provided. The outer surface of a, flexible joint 11 is covered with a split sound shielding cover 14.</p> |
