The method for assigning the counterpart facsimile number with one key input comprises steps: a) setting the key valid timer when inputing the plus (+) key; b) setting the key continue timer when the plus key input is kept up to the timer set time; c) sequentially increasing the registed key number up to the desired number when the plus key is kept up to the continue timer set time; d) displaying the key operation; e) repeating the process from b) step; f) setting the tran. timer when the registered key is memorised and the plus key input is stopped; g) switching the relay when the trans. timer set time is ended; h) performing the trans. process as dialing the registered key; and i) performing the minus key process when inputing the minus (-) key.
