PURPOSE:To prevent the transfer of the precipitate in a used developing soln. to a plate surface by supplying the unused developing soln. to a PS plate and pressing a development accelerating means to the plate in a reused developing soln. tank, then passing the plate between squeezing rollers. CONSTITUTION:The unused developing soln. is supplied by a developing soln. supplying member 3 to the photosensitive planographic printing plate (PS plate) transported by transporting rollers 2. The PS plate is then immersed into the developing tank 10 holding the reused developing soln. and the plate surface is rubbed by the development accelerating means 12 consisting of a brush roller. The plate is thereafter passed between a pair of the squeezing rollers 14a and 14b, the lower squeezing roller 14b of which is immersed into an immersing tank 15, by which the development processing is ended. The transfer of the used precipitate in the developing soln. to the surface of the PS plate is, there fore, prevented and the laboriousness of cleaning of pipings, etc., in the case of a replenishing system is eliminated. The workability is thus improved. |
