<p>PURPOSE:To securely display an instruction from this computer device and a message informing the trouble or fault of the device with a character kind convenient to an operator by enabling a CPU to recognize the character kind (Japanese or Roman) with which display control transmission connected to a CPU can be displayed. CONSTITUTION:A display control means 6 is equipped with a memory 6b stored with character kinds which can be displayed on a display means 5 and the CPU 1 in the case of outputting character information to be displayed on the display means 5 to a display control means 6 discriminates the kind of characters stored in the memory 6b and outputs the character information composed of the discriminated character kind to the display control means 6. Consequently, the CPU 1 refers to the character kind which can be displayed by the display controller 6 to determine the character kind of the character information to be outputted according to specific character kind priority, so the operator can know the contents of the trouble or fault of the computer device without fail in case of the fault or trouble.</p> |
