PURPOSE:To decrease a noise level without lowering magnetic characteristics by forming a magnetic thin-film layer by an alloy consisting of cobalt, nickel and tin. CONSTITUTION:The alloy magnetic thin-film is shaped in such a manner that the alloy in which cobalt, nickel and tin are each compounded at the rate, such as 99- 60%, 1-40% and 1-8% (where 100% in total quantity) at the atomic ratio is evaporated onto a polyester film such as polyethylene terephthalate or other nonmagnetic base materials under a vacuum condition. Accordingly, the noise level can largely be decreased without lowering the excellent magnetic characteristics of the cobalt-nickel alloy. |
