PURPOSE:To achieve a higher migration separability without skill by a method wherein a sample solution is dropped onto a thin film to evaporate a solvent and a part left is cut out of the thin film to be fixed tightly on an upper rim of a raw gel. CONSTITUTION:A sample solution 1 is dropped onto a thin film 2 and moisture is evaporated or filtered to leave a sample material 3 concentrated containing little moisture on the thin film 2. A part 4 holding this sample material concentrated is cut out to be fixed tightly on an upper rim surface of a raw gel 5 and loaded on an electrophoretic device. Thereafter, a gel plate 1' containing an analyzing material 3' separated one-dimensionally is brought to close contact with the thin film 2 so that the analyzing material 3' contained in the gel plate 1' is made to migrate the thin film 2 separatedly by electrophoresis or capillary phenonmenon as a sample material 3 for two-dimensional migration and a fine piece 4 is cut out as part where the thin film 2 holding the sample material 3 is to be attached to the raw gel 5 for two dimensional migration and fixed tight on the upper rim 9 of the raw gel 5. The work is loaded on the electrophoretic device to be subjected to electrophoresis. |
