<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the trimming process of resistance values by a method wherein the resistance values of resistance patterns formed between respective conductive parts on a substrate are trimmed by connecting or disconnecting the conductive wires formed between respective conductive parts on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A common conductive pattern and a plurality of conductive parts b-i are provided at specific intervals on a ceramic substrate 1. Next, resistor patterns 2a-2g are formed between the common conductive part (a) and a plurality of conductive parts b-i. In order to perform the resistance trimming of the title resistor 4, conductive wires 6 are provided between an external conductive part 5a and the common conductive part (a) as well as between another external conductive part 5b and the conductive part (f) so as to electrically connect said components. Furthermore, respective conductive parts b, d; c, e; e, h; and f, i; are mutually connected by the conductive wires 6, thereby enabling the resistance value trimming process between said conductive parts 5a, 5b to be preformed.</p> |
