The method allows to extract a finished product without aromatic substances. The regulation of pH within narrow boundaries and the adage of sodium chloride lead to reproduction of results. The method includes the following operations. The outgoing high-quality rectified alcohol (grain, potato, molasses or a mixture of those) is diluted with a softened water with rigidity below 2 degrees H. The diluted to 42 vol.% +-1% of alcohol is neutralized with sodium bicarbonate up to pH 7.5 - 7.6, while the alkalized spirit is processed with granulated active coal in a column with volumetric speed between 70 to 100 l/h. At the end, to the derived alcohol are added 2.0 g/l +- 2% glycerine and 0.08 g/l +- 2% of sodium chloride and alcoholic content is regulated to 40.0 vol.% +-0.3%.
