The apparatus for handling and transferring plane and flexible products between two workstations is characterised in that it comprises: . a carrying structure 3 intended to be interposed between the said stations, . a shaping transporter 5 arranged between the structure and one of the stations, . a transfer gantry crane 4 mounted so as to move between the second station and the transporter, . and at least one head 16 for gripping by suction, suspended so as to move relative to the gantry crane.
