PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency in processing by simultaneously providing a 1st sheet conveying part which leads to an erasion part from a cassette holding part through a read part and a 2nd sheet conveying part which allows a stimulative phosphor sheet to return to the cassette holding part from the erasion part. CONSTITUTION:The 1st sheet conveying part 18 which conveys the stimulative phosphor sheet IP1 from the cassette holding part 12 to the erasion part 16 through the read part 14 and the 2nd sheet conveying part 20 which conveys the sheet IP1 from the erasion pat 16 to the cassette holding part 12 are simultaneously provided. Therefore, another sheet IP2 is conveyed to the cassette holding part 12 through the 2nd sheet conveying part 20 while the reading operation of radiograph information is performed for the sheet IP1. Thus, the efficiency in the reading and erasing operation for the stimulative phosphor sheets IP1 and IP2 taken out from the cassette 10 is enhanced.
