Stackable rigid framework (1) for support for cooking loaves and of the "baguette rack" type, with a rectangular frame defined by transverse sides (4), longitudinal sides (3) located lower down than the transverse sides, and inclined uprights (5) joining them together, vertical support pieces secured to the transverse sides and having a height corresponding to the vertical separation of the stacked frameworks, retention tabs (7) secured to the transverse sides and projecting vertically in order to interact with a consecutively neighbouring framework in the stack in order to provide longitudinal retention of the stacked frameworks, and the angle of inclination of the uprights (5) is determined as a function of the separation of the stacked frameworks and of the thickness of the uprights such that the stacked frameworks partially overlap one another for the purpose of their transverse retention. <IMAGE>
