Sealing device for car door (1) windows (2), characterised in that it comprises at least one seal (6) with two flexible lips (7, 8) applied one against the other, and a sectional bar (15) integral with the inner face of the window, comprising a branch (15b) which is substantially perpendicular to the window, this sectional bar (15) being positioned in such a way that its branch (15b) penetrates into the seal (6) between the lips (7, 8) applied so as to form a seal on the said branch, as much when the window (2) is in the raised, closed position, coming flush with the external surface of the bodywork of the vehicle, as when this window is in a lowered, opened position after having carried out a lateral movement (d) towards the interior of the vehicle. This sealing system is completed by a guiding device which permits the window (2) to come flush with the surface of the bodywork on its four sides in the closed position. <IMAGE> |
