摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize the easy operation, the speed-up and the improved accuracy for the deterioration diagnosis by obtaining the 2nd transferring function appromated to the specified frequency section of the gain curve line of the Bode diagram and diagnosing the deterioration of the hydraulic servo system based on the resonance frequency and the damping coefficient of the 2nd transferring function. CONSTITUTION:The sheet thickness of the stock to be rolled 2 is controlled by adjusting the roll gap between the work rolls 1 with the hydraulic servo system 4. Then, the input data and output data of the hydraulic servo system of the rolling time are collected. The Bode diagram is made about the collected data with the Fourier transformation. The 2nd transferring function approminated to the specified frequency section of the gain curve line of the Bode diagram is obtained. Based on the resonance frequency and the damping coefficient of the 2nd transferring function, the deterioration of the hydraulic servo system 4 is diagnosed. Therefore, the reduction of productivity can be prevented.</p>
