Highly leaktight valve which can be used particularly for the circulation of hazardous or highly expensive products and in which the connection systems for which leaktightness must be ensured comprise tapered flanges (14) and (15) in conjunction with a clamping ring (26) with segments (27) articulated together by links and a seal consisting of a compressed toric bead (23) and of a centring lip (24). <IMAGE>
