Cells are formed using digitized signals arriving on a first track (1) and a second track (2) having different priority indicators by detecting the presence of a signal with the means of a detector (4) on the highest priority track and by transmitting this signal to an instrument forming cells (8), a signal arriving on the second track (2) being transmitted to the instrument forming cells (8) only in the absence of a signal on the first track, a presence indicator and a priority indicator being transmitted to a label forming instrument (10) also linked to the instrument forming cells (8). |
