<p>PURPOSE:To cover the whole are of a secondary high voltage coil of a laminated winding type flyback transformer by employing a specific heat resistant material as an insulating lamination film at the coil section of the transformer. CONSTITUTION:In a flyback transformer in which a secondary high voltage coil 4 is arranged on the outer periphery of a primary low voltage coil 6, any or all of chemical heat resistant materials of formulae I-III are wound as an insulating lamination film 5 of the coil 4. Average molecular weight (Mn) of polyetheretherketone of the formula I, polyetherimide of the formula II, and polyethylenenaphthalate of the formula III is 10,000-40,000, where n is polymerization degree. A high voltage bobbin 3 made of polyphenylene oxide resin (PPO), the coil 4, the film 5, the coil 6 and a low voltage bobbin 7 made of polybutylene terephthalate resin are associated in a case 1 made of the PPO, insulated and fixed with epoxy resin molding material 2. In a high voltage coil, the coil 4 and a laminating film 5 of the width capable of covering the whole area are alternately wound around the bobbin 3.</p> |
