PURPOSE:To strengthen the connecting between concrete and FRP rods by a method in which secondary reinforcing fibers are alternately passed on the upper and lower sides of a fibrous bundle formed by winding fibrous cores consisting of reinforcing fiber bundles, impregnated with a resin, and hardened to form a structural rod. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous core 3 consisting of reinforcing fiber 5 bundles is wound with a high-ductile, high-shrink fiber bundle 2' having high adhesiveness with a resin and with a high-strength, low-ductile, and high-rigid fiber bundle 2. A secondary reinforcing fiber 1 is then set along the longitudinal direction of the structural rod while alternately passing the upside of the bundle 2 and the downside of the bundle 2', as the warp yarn of pain weave. A resin is impregnated into the reinforcing fiber 5 constituting the core 3, the fiber constituting the fibers 2 and 2', and the secondary reinforcing fibers 1 and hardened. They are buried in a structural material to raise the tensile strength. The structural part can thus be strengthened to the maximum strength of the core 3. |
