摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make thickness deviation adjustment during manufacturing and enable automatic adjusting by detecting the amount of thickness deviation of a composite material by a thickness deviation detector during manufacturing and adjusting the amount of thickness deviation by moving the pass line vertically and horizontally. CONSTITUTION:A steel wire 6, or a core material, is pulled forcibly by a coiler 7 and passes between dies 5. On the other hand, an aluminium core wires 8, 8 which are stocks for extrusion are pulled in by movable wheels 1, 1 and generate pressure corresponding to extrusion in an aggregate chamber 9. Aluminium 10 is coated on the circumference of the steel wire 6 by friction between the steel wire 6 and aluminium 10 generated when the steel wire 6 is pulled forcibly, and passed through the dies 5 to obtain an alumnium clad steel wire 11. A thickness deviation adjusting device 13 adjusts thickness deviation by moving the steel wire 11 vertically and horizontally basing upon the amount of thickness deviation of the aluminium clad steel wire 11 detected by a thickness deviation detector 12.</p>
