A thermoplastic polymeric film having a thickness of 0.1 to 4 micrometers prepared from an intimate mixture comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polymer, (B) 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of inert secondary agglomerated inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 5 micrometers and a void ratio of 50 to 95 % which are aggregates of primary fine particles having an average particle diameter of 30 to 500 angstrom, and (C) 0.005 to 1 part by weight of spherical primary particles selected from silica particles, silicone resin particles, crosslinked polystyrene resin particles and crosslinked acrylic resin particles, and having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 4 micrometers and an aspect ratio of from 1.0 to 1.2. i
