A one piece accessory support rack for attachment to a planar supporting surface, such as the wall of a side box mounted on a rollaway tool chest, the rack comprising an elongated rectangular base in the form of a plate, a planar mounting flange integral with the base extending from one side thereof at substantially a right angle for permanent attachment by welding to the supporting surface, at least one support flange integral with the base extending from the other side thereof at substantially a right angle to the base and having formations thereon and located proximate the ends of the base to receive and hold the wheel assemblies of a mechanic's creeper so that the creeper is supported by the rack, and a connection structure on the rack for providing connection between a locking device engaging the creeper and the rack so that the creeper may be locked to the rack for security thereof. The support flange can comprise a single flange with tabs at each end, or a pair of spaced-apart flanges each having a pair of spaced apart tabs on the end thereof. The connection structure is in the form of at least one aperture in the rack near the wheel-engaging formation of the support flange for receiving the cable of a cable lock device. In another aspect thereof, the present invention provides a support rack or holder in the side box of the assembly for holding and accommodating long screw drivers.
