摘要	PURPOSE:To improve the oxidation resistance of unfired firebrick by adding thermosetting silicone resin as a binder to refractory aggregate. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting silicone resin is used as a binder in carbon-contg. unfired firebrick. This resin is added to refractory aggregate, etc., by 1-10wt.% and they are kneaded, molded and heat-treated at 100-350 deg.C to cure the binder.
