<p>PURPOSE:To improve locking reliability by providing a rotating plate rotating together with an operating member in the first recessed part of a locking body, and providing a hooking member capable of protruding from and recessing into the second recessed part of a hooking body by the reciprocation of a sliding plate. CONSTITUTION:At the time of locking, an operating handle is counterclockwise rotated. Then, a rotating stopper 123 is clockwise rotated together with a knob. When the knob is further rotated above a determined free rotating angle range, the stopper 123 is made into contact with a stopper pin 125 and engaged therewith. A rotating plate 122 is clockwise rotated together with the knob and made into contact with an upper arm part 134 to push up a sliding plate 131. A hook 114 is protruded upward from a second recessed part 113 through a connecting part 136, rotated, and hooked with a mouthpiece 115, and a top plate 106 is locked with a front plate 103A.</p> |
