PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing to be effected continuously without ceasing a manufacturing line by providing a screw adjusting shaft capable of transverse moving in the same direction with a core metal to a mold guide integrally and moving the mold guide through the adjustment of the screw adjusting shaft when the surface of the mold guide has worn by the sliding of the core metal. CONSTITUTION:A screw adjusting shaft 12 capable of transverse moving in the same direction with a core metal 2 is provided on a mold guide 11 integrally and on the side surface of the mold guide and mandrel a T-shaped groove 19 is formed for preventing the transverse movement and floating of the mold guide. Where the mold guide 11 and core metal 2 slide for a long time and thus the surface of the mold guide 11 wears with the result that a worn part 11a occurs, a double nut 13 is loosened in order that the mold guide 11 is moved in the right direction. In the next place the mole guide without any worn part is secured in the setting position by means of a double nut 13 and a resin mold without correct dimensions is formed by the mold guide. Whereby the manufacturing can be carried out without ceasing the line. |
